Tolicia VIP Membership Program — Overview & Terms
The Tolicia VIP Membership Program (“VIP Program”) is operated by Tolicia (“Tolicia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone (“you” or “member”) who enrolls in the VIP Program at checkout.
By enrolling, you agree to these Terms, along with our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Please read them carefully before joining.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the VIP Program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the VIP Program. Memberships are not available to minors.
Enrollment and Recurring Billing
By enrolling in the VIP Program, you authorize:
- A 48-hour free trial
- A recurring charge of $39.99 after the trial ends
- Additional recurring charges of $39.99 every 30 days until canceled
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the next scheduled billing date.
The recurring price, billing frequency, trial period, and cancellation terms are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

VIP Membership Benefits
Active VIP members may receive:
- Up to 80% off selected products
- Access to exclusive products and offers
- Early notifications about new product releases
- Members-only discount codes and rewards
Membership benefits may change and remain available only while your membership is active.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing contact@tolicia.com.
To avoid the next recurring charge, your cancellation request must be received before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling prevents future membership charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend an account, or terminate a membership when we reasonably believe these Terms or our other policies have been violated.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during enrollment and to update your information when necessary.
We may limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, are intended for unauthorized resale, or violate our policies.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the VIP Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the VIP Program or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, including harassment, unauthorized account access, or the transmission of malicious content.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The VIP Program, its benefits, and related services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Tolicia and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or use of the VIP Program.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement concerning the VIP Program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Tolicia is legally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
